Vitalis provides Rehabilitation in the Home services across the Greater Sydney region. We may also be able to support patients in other locations. Please contact the RITH team (call 0405 069 234 or email [email protected]) to discuss specific cases.

Once a referral form has been received, a member of the relevant team will be in touch with you on the same working day (generally within an hour). For Rehabilitation in the Home patients, the Vitalis team is generally able to start providing care on the next working day (assuming the patient is eligible to receive care and subject to circumstances).
