What Virtual and Remote Services does Vitalis provide?

These services cover two main areas:

Vitalis Health’s Virtual and Remote Services deliver world-class care to patients at home and on the move. Through telehealth, remote monitoring and video conferencing, you can connect with a Vitalis healthcare professional without needing to go to hospital. Then, if necessary, our Hospital at Home nurses or cares can provide in-person medical care to you in your home.

Vitalis Virtual and Remote Services can be delivered anywhere in Australia (with in-person support and treatment provided across the Greater Sydney region.)

Vitalis takes prioritises security. Our programs operate to the highest standards of privacy required in Australia, and all information and data are stored securely.

Your GP or hospital healthcare professional will be able to advise if you are eligible to be supported through our services. They can then refer you to Vitalis. Our team will then confirm if we are able to support you. Please contact us for more information.
