Who can refer to Vitalis for an iron infusion at home?

  • Specialists
  • Public and private hospitals
  • Nursing homes (with a GP referral letter)
  • Nurses (with a GP referral letter).

Vitalis provides iron infusion services across the Greater Sydney region. We may also be able to support patients in other locations. Please contact the Hospital in the Home team (call 0451 439 322 or email [email protected]) to discuss specific cases.

All iron infusions require a referral from a GP or specialist. Provate patients can book an iron infusion from Vitalis, but we require that official medical referral in order to action the booking.
