What Care at Home services does Vitalis provide?
Vitalis provides Care at Home services in two key areas:
- Support at Home – top-class care, including personal support and specialised nursing services, for people aged 65 and over
- NDIS Services – personal care supports for eligible NDIS participants.
Where do Vitalis Care at Home Services operate?
Vitalis provides Care at Home services across the Greater Sydney region. We may also be able to support clients outside this area. Please contact us to discuss specific cases.
Are your nurses and carers Vitalis employees?
Yes, every Vitalis staff member is a direct employee, not a subcontractor. This ensures quality of care and means you will never be in the position of having to directly pay our nurses or caregivers.
Is Vitalis an NDIS-registered company?
Yes, Vitalis is an NDIS-registered organisation.
What other accreditations does Vitalis have?
Vitalis is one of only three providers to be accredited to NSQHS standards. This means all of our clients and participants can be assured of receiving hospital-standard care at home. Vitalis is also accredited to the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards.
How do I pay for Vitalis Care at Home Services?
Vitalis NDIS Services are funded by the NDIS. My Aged Care provides funding (in full or in part) for most of our Home Care services. Some of our Home Care services can also be accessed on a user-pays basis. Please contact us for more information.
