It gives patients with even the most complex needs the choice, in consultation with their treating specialist, to be cared for at home. Complex Care patients receive expert treatment from specialist, passionate and caring Vitalis clinicians.

How Complex Care in the Home works

Complex Care requires the coordination of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for people with complex health issues. The Vitalis team works to understand and meet individual requirements to ensure the right support is provided. This includes:
