Vitalis Palliative Care in the Home

Vitalis Health provides clinical, practical and emotional end-of-life support so you or your loved one can stay in the comfort and privacy of home, rather than hospital.

Compassionate care when it's most needed

Vitalis Health understands the importance of providing compassionate palliative care and emotional support at a time when people are at their most vulnerable.

According to the Grattan Institute, over 70% of Australians want to die at home, because they want to feel as comfortable and peaceful as possible in familiar surroundings, with loved ones close to them.

Vitalis supports patients and families to do this, providing peace of mind when it’s most needed.
